    Fixes the root cause of installers silently doing nothing: our custom Wine build has no 32-bit/wow64 support, but FL Studio's own installer and many plugin installers are 32-bit stubs. This is now detected and transparently routed to system Wine.

    Also adds .exe file-manager integration (double-click a .exe -> asks if it's a VST/plugin installer, in Spanish) and an "Add VST Association" button in Advanced.
