    Fixes:

    • "Add VST Association" button failed instantly (step: command not found) - setup-exe-association.sh called step/ok/warn without defining them.
    • .exe double-click association did not actually work even after the button succeeded: real .exe files resolve to application/vnd.microsoft.portable-executable, which was missing from the registered mime types.

    Changes:

    • GUI now defaults to Spanish (matches the existing Spanish .exe handler prompts).
    • Recolored the app theme from orange to a blue/grey Material 3 dark scheme.
